I have some good news to share. I have been shortlisted for this year's anthology by Willowdown Books! Every year Willowdown Books has a contest open to poets and short story writers to be published by this independent publishing company. I have two pieces that have been selected to be judged for final publication. Willowdown Books' editing committee is going to make their final decision in late July as to whether either of my pieces will make it into the final publication. However, I am glad to have gotten this far with my work. I would also like to congratulate all the other writers who have been shortlisted for this year's anthology!
